  • Payments made for services are non-refundable once the project or service has started.
  • If a cancellation request is raised before any work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion after deducting administrative and onboarding costs.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.

3. Scope Changes & Amendments

  • Any request for changes in scope, deliverables, or timelines after project initiation may result in additional charges.

  • Delay or non-performance caused by lack of inputs, approvals, or access from the client’s end.
  • Partial use or completion of services.
  • Change of mind after work has begun.
  • Failure to achieve specific business results, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond direct control.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, assets, approvals, and access required for project execution.
  • Delays caused due to missing or incorrect inputs may impact timelines and do not qualify for refunds.
